About The Founder
I am a third generation Osteopathic Physician, board certified in Family Medicine. I come from a proud family of DOs and I’m happy to be carrying the torch for my family that my grandfather started.
What is Osteopathic Medicine?
Osteopathy is a philosophy of care centered around the patient and not the disease.
Chances are you’ve been seen by a DO in the past and never knew it. Osteopathic physicians practice in all areas of medicine just as MDs do, from pediatrics to neurosurgery. Osteopathic physicians also invented the spinal manipulative arts that the chiropractors adopted. We call it osteopathic manipulative therapy or OMT. We heal patients through the laying on of hands to provide balance and function to your body naturally. We also work through lifestyle, sleep, and nutrition to heal your body in an effort to minimize pharmaceuticals. With Wood Healthcare Elite I bring Osteopathic medicine and so much more to your home.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?Primary Care, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Osteopathic Manipulative therapy (OMT), Functional medicine ....And so much more. When you are a member of my practice you have direct access to me whenever you need. I am your private concierge physician with an array of medical and minor surgical abilities at your disposal. I come to your home for your medical needs, day or night, and I work around your busy schedule.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?Yes! If you have a medical need and are a member, I am here for you when you need me. Let me know how I can help you without the wait and hassle.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?For my services you pay me directly. We do not accept insurance. However, depending on your coverage, much of what I do may be reimbursable by your insurance company. I can provide you with documentation for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement when possible. Ask about the details. Currently not serving Medicare/Medicaid patients.

WHAT AGE RANGE OF PATIENTS DO YOU SEE?I see patients over the age of 3 to age 65. I’m trained to see patients of all ages and have extensive experience in neonatal care as well as end of life care, however I will be limiting the practice to those ages of patients.

WHAT IF I NEED A SPECIALIST?We work with many specialists in the region, however your specialist visit will not be covered under your membership. At that time you will be encouraged to use your insurance.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?When you join my practice you have direct access to me for a monthly fee. I will be your private physician that is available when you need me. We will be scheduling your annual physical and any follow up appointments you need in your home, typically in the morning hours. My afternoons will then be free to the practice for any urgent needs. If you have an urgent need, we will see each other via telemedicine first. If there is an urgent need requiring me to come to your home then I’m on my way. If there is an emergent concern, my advice will always be to report to the emergency department. However, I can help you understand what is urgent and what is emergent in order to triage you properly.
